In what cases is the deposit usually not refunded?  

We strongly recommend prescribing all cases of non-repayment of the pledge in the contract, here are a few situations in which the owner can withhold the amount of the pledge partially or completely.

• Accident caused by the tenant
• External damage to the vehicle
• Technical breakdowns of the car after the rental
• Transfer of the car to a third party
• Return of the car later than the time specified in the contract
